The owners were working in other industries, but decided to come together to see what could happen if their skills united. With previous food business backgrounds in BBQ and catering, their food journey begin as Straight From the Kitchen in Fort Worth, Texas. Straight from the Kitchen, LLC was a successful southern food kitchen. From here, OOOWWWEEE Wangz N Catfish was born.

I only gave 5 stars because that's all I can give. I ordered the catfish and chicken tenders. All I can say is OOOWWWEEE!!! THE FISH IS SO FRESH AND FRIED RIGHT. The fries and coleslaw go well as side dishes. They definitely have a Loyal customer in me. So full from the fish I didn't even get a chance to try my Tenders. But I already know they are a Hit!
